PROJECT I
Affordability Calculator
Improve lead acquisition for loan officers and calculation accuracy
Zeitro needs a more user-friendly and convenient method to assist prospective loan applicants in checking their affordability. This is crucial as it provides essential insights for both users seeking loans and understanding loan options. However, the current query process is both cumbersome and unfriendly to users. Furthermore, the tool lacks a clear Call to Action (CTA) after displaying the affordability, hindering users' ability to seamlessly proceed with their loan applications.
PROBLEMS IN DETAILS
1. Lack of Call To Action(CTA)
We lack a standardized Call to Action (CTA) for our applicants, leading to two primary challenges:
User Experience Dead Ends and Decreased Usefulness: The absence of a standardized CTA leaves users uncertain about their next steps. It can result in a sense of “Now that I know my affordability, what should I do next?”
Inability to Measure Impact: Additionally, the absence of a standardized CTA makes it challenging to measure the feature's effectiveness and determine whether it is delivering the desired results.
2. Usability & Accessibility Issues
Readability: The content size is insufficient for mobile users, making it difficult to read.
Accessibility: The input boxes and buttons are too small to click, and the limited padding increases the likelihood of misclicks for mobile users.
Cluttered Layout
Usability: The excessive number of drop-downs creates inconvenience for users who need to make immediate selections.
